Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We only offer returns in one of these three reasons:

- If items are lost in transit

- If items arrived damaged or broken (provide photo proof of the damage & package)

- Or if the item shipped to your shipping address and is different to the item you ordered 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at impossiblebags@gmail.com and we will provide you with details on returning your item/s.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We do not refund any shipping costs.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Any refund will attract a minor US $3.50 administration charge.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if the item shipped is different to the item you ordered. If you need to exchange because you received the wrong item send us an email at impossiblebags@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We don't specify an exact delivery date but rough Shipping delivery dates are indicated on our shipping policy. Impossible Bags rejects any responsibility if delivery dates are exceeded as a result of delays caused by logistics providers.

The delivery date will be extended should unavoidable circumstances arise that can be traced back to force majeure, including but not limited to war, epidemics, storms, customs inspections delays.

Warranty conditions: The warranty periods apply from the first date of purchase of the product and any claim under this warranty must be made within 12 months. To obtain warranty service, the original proof of purchase will be required. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and excludes where a defect is caused by misuse, poor storage or unauthorised repair of the product.
