Once an order has been placed, there is a small window from the time you place the order to the point it is ready to be shipped out. At that point only we can try and update the address for you. Generally you won't be able to change your address so make sure you've added it correctly.

Never submerge your bag in water, to avoid mould and avoid having it dry cleaned, tumble-dried, ironed, treated with harsh chemicals and detergents. Doing so will ruin the protective coating on its fabric.
